Learning Community and Team Relationship Building
Does your building have a learning community or teams in "name only". Community/Team Relationship Building is designed to help teams break through barriers to the collaborative process and begin to get to the heart of building a trusting relationship that facilitates learning about learning.
Creating Grade-Level Curricular Projects
Grade Level projects are an extremely important element for teams. The design will create cross-curricular projects that every grade level student experiences. In addition to providing a standards based approach the project enables teachers to collaborate on assessments and processes that are an important part of developing your community of learners.
Action research is a great way for teams to work collaboratively on an educational issue. We will work with your team to narrow their topic of interest, find relevant research, and develop their own classroom projects including pre and post project assessments. Findings can be shared informally or published electronically in a formal research paper.
