- Set up fee to enable use of Contribute. $69 with either premium or basic package.
- Advanced set up includes enabling site and customizing up to three templates or other user variables. $169 (available with premium web design package only)
- Three hours Contribute support to include face to face instruction and/or online support. $199 (plus travel if over 60 miles)
